The hotel surprised me very nicely. The repairs were made only recently. It is immediately noticeable and it makes a positive impression. * The staff is extremely polite and responsive. * * Breakfast is very good. (but you have to come before 9:00 then there may be a problem with free places). * Location: close to the beach. to Massenaa Square 10 minutes. to the old town 15 . * Very close to Rue De La Buffa very nice bar B31. We got a small but clean and cozy room on the ground floor. With a fridge and an electric kettle. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay in town even more comfortable
There wasn't enough shoe spoon in the room... The soundproofing is the same as in all French hotels.

A small hotel with small rooms. But for 2 or 3 nights is a great option. Fresh cosmetic repairs. The hotel definitely recommends:. 1. Very clean (daily change of towels, honest cleaning). 2, Conveniently located: a maximum of 10 minutes to the beach. Maximum there is 15 minutes to the historic part of town. many shops and cafes nearby, 3, Quiet location: we slept with the window open (sometimes in the morning the car under the window was noisy). A taxi from the airport costs 23 euros through UBER. Breakfast was not taken around the sea of cafes. The staff was friendly. The room has wine glasses. a kettle. a hairdryer. I advise the hotel to provide tea cups (instead of disposable glasses).
It is *very small room, for two of us were tight * * no place to dry things after the sea * *" There's a nasty floor covering

Good location, near a grocery store, many cafes, you need to go to railways station just 10 minutes on foot, which is very convenient for raids on neighboring towns. You will go to the sea leisurely 5 minutes. Outside traffic is not heavy. The staff is very kind and friendly. There is even a Russian speaker. He has a separate hello.
There's one drawback. But it's very big, in my opinion! It's a soundproofing. Or rather its complete absence. It's like everything that happens in a hotel happens directly in your room... I couldn't sleep a single night. Arrivals, departures, staff movements, it's all you online.

Intimate trendy boutique hotel, spectacular views, magnificent location in Old Town. Well-organised and recently renovated room with a laptop safe, a mini bar and central heating for a real good stay. Exceptionally attentive stuff during our stay. Lots of products for a perfect breakfast. Excellant service, parking next to the property. By the way, parking fee - gbp 22 per day...

The room (#8) was clean and light. The staff was helpful and courteous. We stayed one night and had very good experience. Walking distance to everywhere. Note: Bakery was just around the corner! You do not need to buy the expensive breakfast.

Lovely location just a couple of blocks from the beaches of Nice and around the corner from shopping, restaurants, etc. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. A very good value in an expensive city. We stayed here six years ago and loved it then too. They have a garage parking spot available next door to the hotel at extra cost, which turned out to be very convenient for us.

Very helpful staff, great location, one of the larger rooms we experienced during our five city vacation in Italy and France. I would stay there again. Air-conditioning worked well, large bathroom for three of us.
The third bed was a cot that wasn't very comfortable for my college-age niece. Wi-fi only worked in the lobby so we had skype conversations with our family in a public area.

Great location near the beach. Room sizes a bit cramped for comfort. Helpful staff provided tips for local tours. Limited breakfast variety.

This is a lovely, charming hotel in the perfect location - quiet, but within a couple of blocks of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small grocery and a wonderful bakery in the same block as the hotel. The rooms are small but very clean and the wireless was great - no passcodes to type in every time.
A little pricey, though I didn't compare many hotels in Nice so maybe it's the norm.
